1. Choose your desired item & copy the item code. 2. Paste the item code into the item field in the order form below. 3. Fill up the rest of the order form & submit! 4. Wait for our confirmation email on availability of stock! 5. Once confirmed, you can make the payment!

1. What if the order form server is down & I need to purchase an item?
If the order form server is down, you can also send an email to Clazzique, indicating the item code, item colour, quantity, normal/registered postage to clazzique.shop@gmail.com. After which, we will liaise with you within 24 hours upon receiving your email.
2. One of the terms & conditions indicates "Exchanges or refunds will be applicable with valid reasons. *Subject to approval". What does a valid reason refer to?
Under Clazzique's exchange/refund policy, reasons are deemed valid if the item has manufacturer's defects. If you purchase a wrong item, we can't do a refund. You can choose to send us back the wrong item & request to credit the amount in your next purchase. We hope you can understand our position too :)
3. What should I do with I want to cancel an existing order after verification of my payment?
You must send us an email indicating the cancellation of the order to notify us as soon as possible. If the item is already mailed out, it is impossible to cancel it. However, if the item is still with us, we can discuss about the ways to refund you or you can choose to credit into your next purchase.
4. How long do I need to wait for Clazzique's reply to my email?
Normally, it would just require within 1 working day (24 hours). However, if Clazzique is out of town or busy, we will drop a message at the main page to indicate it. So shoppers, do check out for updates each time you enter our site.
5. Where does Clazzique get its stocks from?
Typically, Clazzique will get its stock from Korea or Hong Kong for the collections.
